HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURNS PERIOD?

From the moment the order is received you will have 30 days to return return your order. 

We are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for any charges associated with returning your order.

We recommend, you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Orders sent back to our warehouse after the exchange or refund window has passed will be returned to the customer.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. This includes returns to our UK warehouse from within the EU. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.

ELIGIBILITY

Sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
